A concentration course that basically discusses the health and hygiene, epidemiology of major diseases, nutrition and its importance, Medical Social Work, Social work in various medical settings, Hospital Administration. On completion of this course, the student can understand the basic health concepts and medical social work, roles and responsibilities of a medical social worker in various health care settings. They become able to apply social work methods and principles in medical settings.
