The course is a detailed study of the text 'siddhantalesasangraha' of Sri Appaya Dikshita. This text summarises different views that existing among various schools of Advaita Vedanta on key concepts of Advaita Vedanta. The author maintains that though the schools differ in the 'details' of certain aspects there is no difference among them on the fundamental doctrine of the system. The study of this work important as will leads to the analysis and assessment of the system of Advaita Vedanta in historical context.
